The most recent version of Visual Studio at the time I am writing this article is VS2017. The community edition can be downloaded here: It is a lightweight installer. To run or debug test in visual Studio 2017, we need to install 'NUnit3TestAdapter'. We can install it in any VS, but it is working properly in VS 'community' version. Oct 28, 2016 Do you create a common Unit Test or NUnit Test in Visual Studio? If common Unit Test, please set the Solution Platform as Any CPU or x86. If you set as x64, the test methods will miss in Test Explorer.
A simple and speedy way to turbocharge builds, compilations, and development processes 30x faster.
Incredibuild turbocharges the entire Microsoft development platforms including Visual Studio and MSBuild, the Xbox development platform, Team Foundation servers and Azure DevOps, as well as unit test frameworks such as MSTest, VSTest, NUnit and others. Incredibuild also offers developers with the ability to accelerate other build systems and time-consuming development tasks such as Unitest, code analysis and ETC. Incredibuild can also utilize Azure and other cloud services to gain an unlimited amount of resources. Learn more about how Incredibuild accelerates the Microsoft development ecosystem.
Use Incredibuild to Turbocharge:
Microsoft Visual Studio builds: Fully integrated with Microsoft Visual Studio, Incredibuild speeds up builds by distributing C/C++, C#, Android NDK compilations and other game development tasks across machines in the local network or public cloud. No changes in code or project files are required. Make and Build Tools: Incredibuild can dramatically accelerate Make and Build times. Running out-of-the-box with many popular tools, Incredibuild can easily accelerate build systems, compilers or any time-consuming task you execute as part of your asset build. Whether it is unit testing, custom steps, code generation, rendering, compression, or packaging, Incredibuild can achieve dramatic acceleration with no dedicated hardware and no maintenance efforts.
Custom applications and tools:
Through various Incredibuild Interfaces (XML, COM, etc.), developers can use Incredibuild to accelerate almost any Windows-based workload that can be broken up into multiple processes which can be executed in parallel.
Development Tools (QA, packaging, testing, code analysis, preprocessing, etc.)
Incredibuild accelerates development tools such as testing, packaging, code analysis, file/data processing, simulations and others and accelerates all the common Continuous Integration tools including Azure DevOps, Microsoft Team Foundation, Jenkins, TeamCity and any other Continuous Integration tools that support command line execution.

Install Incredibuild directly within Visual Studio 2017-2019
Visual Studio now offers the ability to install Incredibuild from within Visual Studio.
All you need to do is to choose one of three workloads: desktop development with C++, game development with C++ and Mobile development with C++. Advanced systemcare 10 pro super value pack.
Once choosing one of these three workloads check the 'IncrediBuild - Build Acceleration' checkbox and continue the installation as you normally would.
Uad plugins for mac. *If you already installed your chosen workloads, choose the 'Modify' option and in the workloads screen check 'Incredibuild - Build Acceleration' checkbox.
Now Incredibuild is already installed on your computer. Once you'll open Visual Studio you'll be able to see Incredibuild build menu on Visual Studio menu (in Visual Studio 2017) or inside the extensions menu (in Visual Studio 2019)

Visual Studio 2019
When referring to Incredibuild menu for the first time, you'll be directed to Incredibuild website to receive a free license. Anyone who installs Incredibuild from within Visual Studio 2017 - 2019 gets Incredibuild for free on up to 16 cores of an individual workstation. Additionally, users receive four more agents that can be used on up to 16 cores for one month free, providing a total capability of 80 cores to speed up their development.
Incredibuild unique predicted execution technology that provides additional acceleration capabilities is exclusively included in this free version for Visual Studio customers.
Additionally, Incredibuild’s visualization technology for build monitoring replay, analysis, and error detection is used within Visual Studio -- allowing on the fly identification of inefficiencies, errors, and bottlenecks.

A package including the NUnit 3 TestAdapter for Visual Studio 2012 onwards. With this package you don't need to install the VSIX adapter package, and you don't need to upload the adapter to your TFS server.
Note that this package ONLY contains the adapter, not the NUnit framework. You must also get the framework.
For VS 2017 and forward, you should add this package to every test project in your solution. (Earlier versions only require a single adapter package per solution.)
The package works with Visual Studio 2012 and newer.
See the version list below for details.
